    Casa Encino's project is inspired by the synergy between the contemporary and the rustic, which it results in a house mimicked to the place of natural materials and colors neutral mixed with LED luminaires and high quality fixed furniture. The facade as a whole has finishes of natural materials and large windows that allows the entry of natural light and ventilation. The orientation and the game of volumes it allows you to generate shade in areas more exposed to thermal gain. The project consists of ground floor, first level and roof with a total height of 8.85 meters and 417 m2 of construction. The ground floor of the house has 129 m2 of internal and 16 m2 of pool. They integrate the Living room spaces, dining room, kitchen, cupboard, laundry area, bathroom, guest room, Pool and terrace area, cellar, engine room, space for two cars in the front part. On the first level we have 114 m2 of internal construction and 25 m2 of terraces. This level it consists of three bedrooms; the main one with bathroom, dressing room and terrace, the second with bathroom and dressing room, and the third with bathroom and closet in the bedroom, a hallway and terrace Pergolada. In Azotea we have 143 m2 of construction in slab and it is a space only of service for placement of condensers for air conditioners and tank of water.. In terms of infrastructure, hydro sanitary and electrical networks and services are projected voice towards general sockets already existing in the fractionation. The goal is to create a clear design where neutral colors cover the majority of the project making rustic touches in certain spaces accompanied by marble Travertine, Galarza stone and woods in natural tones. The project proposes a language of contemporary rustic design that integrates with the context of the area. - On the facade, a detail of Piedra Galarza is highlighted on a front wall and door in Tzalam wood, as well as aluminum lattice with a wood-like finish. - The manufacture of internal carpentry (Closets, furniture and doors) are designed in woods from Tzalam - General floors and coating in bathrooms are Travertine Marble. - The ceiling lights have a box design with warm LED lighting. - General coatings of internal walls with Gyplast and details with Galarza stone attached to the design of the space. - Helvex brand faucets. - The kitchen is made of wood and will have a marble island, tarja, oven electric, microwave oven, electric grill and extraction hood, the space for refrigerator is suitable for a duplex model. - The Eurovent Cancelerías will be made of matte black aluminum, the railings of the lobby in first level and back terrace will be made of 10 mm tempered glass, as well as the cancellations in showers with frosted glass door. - The terrace on the ground floor will have a floor in aged marble finish and a pergola based of metal structure. - The pool will have marble and lighting. - For hot water throughout the house there will be an electric tank heater of 200 liters and the general hydraulic installation will have a machine room in the garden rear with a hydropneumatic system and a storage cistern. - The Air Conditioning supply will be in charge of 6 Mini Splits: - 2 teams of 12000 BTU (Bedroom 3 and Guest Bedroom). - 2 teams of 18000 BTU (Main Bedroom and Bedroom 2). - 2 teams of 24000 BTU (Main Stay and Kitchen). The project contemplates the necessary definitive connections and facilities for the property, and the preparations for the entire set under the premise of saving and being efficient with resource consumption. 4.1 Hydraulic Installation With regard to hydraulic installation, the project proposes the use of a hydropneumatic system throughout the building, taking as a source of feed the storage tank and tank on the roof. 4.2 Sanitary Facility The sanitary facility is connected to the municipal network, it is located at the in front of the lot on the street. 4.3 Electrical Installation The design of the electrical installation implements the use of LED luminaires and low-consumption electrical equipment, this in order to reduce costs of electrical energy and be efficient in the use of energy resources.
